Adams & Associates, Inc. a consulting company that provides a full range of career, personal and professional development services to educational, governmental and industrial organizations. Prior to incorporating H.G. Adams & Associates, Inc., Dr. Adams served as Executive Director of the National Consortium for Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Science, Inc. (The GEM Program) headquartered at the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana (1978-1996). Here he specialized in designing strategies and implementing programs to enhance the participation and success of ethnic minorities and women in engineering, science and other technical areas.
